After a 8 hour flight from Singapore we arrived safely in sunny Sydney where Tom (amys friend) picked us up from the airport and took us back to his parents place where we were staying for our time in Sydney.
We were chuffed with the accomodation we got!! Our own bedroom, with the comfiest beds ever!!, a lounge with our own HUGE TV and more than 2 channels to choose from :), a little kitchen and toilet too!! soo nice to have space and normal things like a sofa to sit on! proper luxury!

We met Hayley and James after they had been to their friends wedding. We met them in the City (which is about a 15min bus ride from Birchgrove where we are staying) with a few of their English friends and hit Kings Cross (full of hookers and strip clubs lol) for drinks! We had a fun night getting rather tipsy on copious amounts of cocktails and finished off with my first Pie Face which is amazing!! England neeeeeds one of these!! Just a chicken and mushroom, or steak pie but tastes delicious and is sooo good after a night out drinking! yum! I have become a Pie Face addict since btw!

Me and Aim have been really lucky as Toms mum has lent us her car a fair few times since we've been here which has made it so easy to get around! We finally went to the Blue Mountains which we were meant to do 5 years ago when we were here! and they were amazing! we hiked through the woods for half hour, wondering where the hell the moutains were then come to this big open space which showed how high up we actually were and the views were really stunning! Alot of walking was involved where we come across several waterfalls..and see the Three Sisters rocks which are famous here in the mountains! That was a really nice day out and something that I wanted to tick off my list!
